Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of "Stokki" ("the App"). By installing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Article 1

Scope of Application

1. These Terms apply to all users of the App.
2. The developer may update these Terms without prior notice. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Article 2

1. The App is a tool for storing and displaying user-entered information. The developer makes no warranty regarding the accuracy or completeness of recorded information.
2. The developer is not responsible for any accidents or damages arising from DIY work, repairs, or replacements performed based on information recorded in the App.
3. Data may be lost due to device failure, OS updates, app bugs, or uninstallation. The developer is not liable for any resulting damages.
4. The App is provided "as is" without any warranties. Users use the App at their own risk.

Article 3

1. The developer tests the App, but does not guarantee proper operation on all devices or environments.
2. Future OS updates or device specification changes may cause the App to stop functioning.

Article 4

1. All intellectual property rights in the App and its associated content belong to the developer or legitimate rights holders.
2. Users may use the App for personal use only. Commercial use or redistribution is prohibited.

Article 5

1. The developer may modify or discontinue the App without prior notice.
2. The developer is not liable for any damages arising from discontinuation of the App.

Article 6

1. These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
2. Any disputes arising from the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court with jurisdiction over the developer's location.
